Introduction

TechCeramic is specialized in pyrolytic boron nitride (PBN) which is an advanced ceramic, the purity can reach 99.999%, featured with acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, high thermal conductivity, machinable. It is formed by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of ammonia and boron halide under high temperature and high vacuum conditions.
