Zirconia ceramic foam filters are made of high purity and fine zirconia powder, Tech Ceramic foam filters are featured with characteristics of high strength, no slag, high refractoriness, good thermal shock resistance, uniform pore size and accurate size. It is suitable for purification and filtration of cast copper parts, stainless steel, carbon steel and other high-temperature alloy below 1700 °C. It can efficiently filter impurities such as non-metallic particles, slag and refractory fragments as small as micron, effectively improve the metallographic structure of the casting; reduce the reoxidation defects inside the casting; improve the quality of the casting and reduce the wear on the mold; simplify the casting system.
