Saggers By Applications

Saggers For Ceramic Decoration Parts
Nowadays zirconia ceramic has found more and more applications in the mobile phone industries, such as backing plate, wearing appearances.
TechCeramic offers high alumina saggers for sintering of zirconia parts at high temperature, featured with good high temperature resistance, good thermal shock resistance, small thermal expansion coefficient and excellent creep resistance.

Saggers For 5N Alumina & Indium Oxide Powders
This high porosity saggers is specially designed for calcining 5N aluminum oxide powder and Indium oxide powders, manufacturing with high purity of aluminum oxide (99.9%) and low sodium corundum, sintering at 1800℃ to stabilized. During the low temperature calcination of powders, the pores help to remove the organic compounds.

Saggers For Anode Materials Of Lithium Batteries
Cathode materials are mainly ternary lithium (LiNiCOMnO2), lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4), lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2), lithium manganate (LiMnO2), of which ternary lithium are mainly NCM523, NCM622 and NCM811, corrosivity is gradually increased, PH value from 11-13, the calcination temperature is between 800-900 ° C, while the LiCoO2 temperature is higher and more corrosive. To make our saggers resist the corrosion of cathode materials, TechCeramic use sintering powder which contains trace lithium, forming a dense protective layer containing lithium on the surface of saggars, which can prevent the strong alkaline corrosion and improve the service life.
RSiC saggers are also available, featured with high strength, high temperature resistance, good impact resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, high thermal conductivity.

Saggers For Electronic Magnetic Materials
Here magnetic materials are including ferrite, piezoresistor, thermistor and other electronic parts. Zirconia coating is sprayed on the inside body of saggers per request.
Saggers made from yttria or calcia stabilized zirconia is also used to sinter magnetic materials, our zirconia saggers has long service life and stable quality. There is no chemical reaction or adhesion with the components, which can ensure the stability and consistency of the properties of the electronic products and improve the qualification rate of the products.
